Butterfly in Costa Rica

Many poets and thinkers have used the butterfly, as an illustration, in their verses and their words of wisdom.

If we could only take advantage of our days as the butterfly does before her death, if we could have enough determination and enough courage to always disply our best colors, then perhaps, our errors and pain would not be so overwhelming.



It just seems like the creator of heaven and earth wants to teach us with this small insect a huge lesson about how to live. We would be blind if we fail to learn!

Some observe this tiny and elegant creature and wonder what the purpose of this small and colorful insect? Well, they help with pollination, thanks to this kind of insect; we see pretty flowers in different colors and shapes.


One of the most beautiful attractions of Costa Rica is the Turu Ba Ri Park. In this Garden of Butterflies (Butterfly) is made up of more than 35 to 40 species of butterflies or moths. This park is made up of an impressive structure 1150mts ², which makes it one of the largest in the country.

The butterfly garden TURU BA-RI is in a privileged position compared to other butterflies, as the weather and temperature are the most suitable in area for the development of butterflies in all stages.




You must come and visit. There you would learn more about the life cycle of butterflies and the contribution; they give to our lives, not forgetting the joy; they give to our planet.



On an interesting note, you will never find two butterflies alike each one is unique. There are also some 127 families within the order Lepidoptera. As adults most of the butterflies sip nectar and feeding from flowers. How nice is that we can be eyewitnesses to the beauty of creation!
