Cahuita National Park

We arrived at the Cahuita National Park Sunday morning. The park entrance is by donation. So you can enjoy it at reasonable price.

The day was very nice, Sunny and clear...  We decided to divide the group into two a part of the group settled down with a few chairs under the shade of a good tree. From there you could enjoy the breeze from the beach and watch the waves.

Since some of the group stayed on the beach... my dear friends Mike and Alvaro, and I start walking along the trail through the park. Suddenly, we heard a loud noise from one of the monkeys hiding in one of the trees.

We wanted to know where he was hiding so with great curiosity and trying not to make noise, we got closer to take this picture. It feels as if one in paradise is very nice to see animals in their natural habitat without danger of extinction.

Then we followed the trail for a few minutes and found a couple of raccoons. You can see a photo here. They look so cute don't you think?

The curiosity increases as we walked ... Alvaro says unexpectedly... check out this spider!

I watch as he took her photo. I love to see as God's creation in action.

I decided to come back along playing with the waves at the beach. It was very nice. If you ever decide to come to Costa Rica come to Cahuita National Park.
